No, in the scale (ABCDEFG) there are 2 sets of notes that only have a half step between them, this means that there is no real flat or sharp between these notes
B to C is a half step, C flat is the same as B, and B sharp is the same as C
E and F work the same way, theres only a half step between them, which is why when you play a major scale it doesn't just go in whole steps
The point is technically C flat does exist, but it's the same as B and vice versa for B sharp.
