hey, ok i am the same height, age and all, i have practically got my standing tuck and my advice is get ur legs strong fur exam i do x country and exercises, its possible trust me it must just be ur head..lol do u have ur backhandsprings, and rounoff tucks ? if not then i REALLY dont recommencd a standing tuck ur just not quite at THAT level yet

Really? Are you really going to critique the landing on a back tuck tutorial? he's not trying to teach you how to stick it. All it mentions is maximum height.

still he's leaning back way too much.. that way he wastes some jump energy that should go upwards.. but it's a nice flip though^^

well my problem is the same. but my coach taught me how to just forget about ur nerves. just take a couple of deep breaths and then just go. it actually works for me

if it's your mind you can go to the pool and use a diving board, this helps to lose the fear of going backwards. A 1m diving board is perfect, you can also try to do a dive like a half backflip... i dont know the english word, im sorry...
