Can't be hardware issues. I have a high end PC.Quad Core 8GB Ram and ATI 4870x2. I Should be able to play it all at max. I mean...I played the game on XBox and really ..there's no comparisson. Trust me...look at the Rockstar and Steam forums. Most of the users are ready to return the game also. Everyone is complaining. Really I feel bad...because it could've been the greatest game of the year on the PC.

havent had any problems playing the game on pc. graphics are really good, controls are as expected, very good (a pad is better for this type of game though) and its running very smooth.
hardware issues perhaps? |
