I'm actually really ashamed and disappointed in his wife. I mean look at it this way.. After a while, his weight made him bed bound... which means that she was preparing his food. She could of taken that opportunity to change his diet and make him lose the weight, but instead let him get heavier and heavier. Didn't he end up dying because of his weight issues?

Thats so sad! Yes our self esteem gets low but its not because we depend on others its because we are feeling low and depressed! and its not always our fault we're overweight some people have UNDERACTIVE THYROIDS!
