Yeah, Blur and Oasis had a like "rivalry" thing going on, like 13 years ago lol, they each released a single on the same day, Roll With It and Country House... but yeah, media made it bigger than it really was.

yeah i think there was and still is tension between fans. Something about the release date of blur's country house being delayed to coincide with an oasis single's release i think

please, try not to blast me for my american ignorance of UK and European culture in general, but is there an epic battle over blur/oasis dominance going on and i'm not aware? have they squared off publicly or is this strictly a fan based issue? i would honestly like to know! anybody?
