"Caucasoid" is not discredited. It's perfectly legitimate and widely used, even by geneticists (look at the study I pointed out about the gene pool of Ethiopia.)
The reason why some Indians are as "black" or even "blacker" than some sub-Saharans is because some of them are either Australoid types or mixed with Australoids. Some Caucasoid, or predominantly Caucasoid, Indians can also be quite dark, but this is as a result of thousands of years worth of adaptation to such climates.

(2) There are more black politicians than any other ethnic minority in America, even there president in Black.
(3) The highest crime rate in the UK is Glasgow Scotland, they've no blacks or Indians just whites.
