yet how do you explain the Holodomor in the ussr, the results of the great leap forward in china when compared with modern russia and china. most dramatic is the case of Vietnam which was torn apart by war for nearly 20 years and was dependent upon soviet aid until 1986 when Đổi Mới was introduced and the results in Vietnam now?
