i think you need to work on your identification of music genres. screamo are bands like underoath, afi, dead poetic, emery, he is legend, etc. the showdown is NOT screamo. They are not necessarily death metal either. bands that are death metal are cannibal corpse, arch enemy, mortification, etc. the showdown is a mix between groove metal and metalcore.

Well I would never consider Underoath Metal. Hardcore MAYBE. MAYBE. lol but screamo/emo rock is probably the best label for them.
