Agreed, they shouldnt get pissed at the soldiers just get pissed at the people they wanted to run the country. And the soldiers are out there dying for them and all they can do is bitch about them doing their job.

Better question is, why are most people illiterate fools.
As regards "saved our asses" twice, you can't seriously argue that for the First World War. As for the second, perhaps - I don't think it's feasible to argue about the intricacies of the Battle of Britain, El Alamein, Barbarossa and Pearl Harbour in five hundred words, but my two cents is Russia won WW2, not America.
Pointless historical debate aside, Britain is probably the best friend America's got right now. Be nice, yes? |
