This is a sad truth 'we are not all free in America'. I, like many others will never forget that day in May. We all have a different reality of what we believe is Justice for these four boys (sadly,not any more.11 later they are all adult men). What happened that day was terrible... just like what happened at their trial. Please get informed about the case and help bring justice to this case. R.I.P Jimmy Free Micha H. Brandon H. In this 21st Century, are there not better ways to establish truth.. than through ambitious lawyers and involuntary juries? Where...where is our science?

i wish the govenator would pull his head out of his ass and set 3 of the boys free, and reduce the 4th boy (the one with the knife) sentance to a manslaughter charge. this "felony murder rule" is a crock of shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paris Hilton plans to present a petition to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger asking for a pardon following a judge's order that she spend 45 days in jail. Brandon Hein was convicted of a crime he did not commit and has spent over 1l years in prison. Let the Terminator know if this GREAT INJUSTICE. FREE BRANDON! brandonhein

This case is right up there with The West Memphis Three as far as gross miscarriage of justice is concerned. I am amazed...we ALL should be...that these boys are still in jail. Watch the whole documentary, it will leave you reeling. |
