it's very hard to watch him suffer. And I think that saying, as the previous commenter did, that Michael is suffering because he doesn't want to be cured bad enough, is so incredibly insulting and sick. What about babies who get sick and die or get hurt or killed? Was it because they didn't tell themselves that they were going to get better? Or was it their parents fault? That is such a pile of crap, sorry.

I think there is a cure for it; If anyone has seen 'The Secret' then they'll understand. I find it kind of hard to explain, but a person who crashed and was paralyzed was said to be only able to blink, but he 'winked' at them giving the message that he would walk out by Christmas...and he did. What did he do? He kept saying to himself that he would get out - and he did.

Actually the 'rocking' symptom he has here (dyskinesia)is bad but has to do with Levodopa, the medicine he takes to control Parkinson's, rather than the disease itself.
The actual Parkinson symtoms are worse in the sense they keep a person from carrying out everyday tasks: among other things talking becomes difficult and movement slows down significantly (bradykinesia).

What Michael J. Fox is doing is wonderful and inspiring! Seeing this video makes me so sad that anyone has to suffer from this terrible disease.
