Actually, you can but people don't spend the time to make a virus for a mac. Also, i think you might have an incorrect perception of what a virus is.
btw, i like mac just for the record.

But to get this to work you would have to quit finder. (an applescript or terminal file). Than you would have had to edited the original finder to react the possible way. Then, you would have to start that one. It is relatively simple. It would probably be fixed when you restart the computer. Or you can write an applescript. The only reason I don't beleive that is real is because I dont see a dock. (however, one could have chosen to hide the dock.)

yes that is true that the cost of a macbook will offset the features that come with it, but I believe that the features it has will make it last longer, thus costing less in the long run.
im not trying to start a flame war, just posting my opinion on mac vs. pc. thats all.

You never told us that, so your comment did appear to be irrelevant.
I replied in the hope to stop an idiot with no reasoning skills responding.
Your macbook may be a better machine that most laptops, but it certainly costs a whole lot more as well. There are always two sides to every issue.
Neither brand is better than the other in any real overall standpoint.
