On the swedish version of wiki I read : "Originally the desert eagle was designed for target, silhouette shooting and hunting." But on the english it just says: "The Desert Eagle's barrel features polygonal rifling. The pistol is mainly used for sport, target shooting, and hunting." But you understand what I was going for right? : ) But why would the theory be hard to believe? Do you think that humans are harder to kill then elephants or hippos? : )

So your wrong.. The desert eagle was not designed in Israel...

You'll find the same everywhere you look, why do people like cars? Or cameras? Or trains?
