JJ never said you couldn't sell photos on ebay. The main point that makes it a scam is that the auction was obviously set up to deceive people. Contract be damned, there's more than enough proof to show the fat girls ill intent.

Some of the people posting comments here are fucking retarded!!! It's NOT the point that the ad said "pictures". The point is the ad was placed with the intention to deceive and scam. Who would pay $400 for 2 photographs of cell phones? Besides, the ad said that the item weighed much more than the 2 sheets of paper. So you're also wrong that the description was accurate. A blatant scam job. Of course JJ is going to fine the woman $5000. Again, so many of you are fucking idiots!!!!
