looks 2 b more of an actual street car than most claimed 2 be..most cars that run even close 2 the number this car can post are tube chassis cars.. all fiberglass .. monster motors .. lenco ..etc. it was never a car produced by a car company .. rather built at a chassis shop 4 sole purpose as a track car .. this guy actually transformed an exsisting car .. and a super fast streetaable car .. whats the problem..?.. ??

The only difference is that this car runs on PUMP gas, not race fuel. It also runs on DOT drag radials not slicks. It has since run 7.41 @197.

I just looked on the NMCA web site and there are 4 classes of cars that regularly qualify under the 7.80 that this guy says he runs with the fastest being deep into the 6's and the rules state that all classes must be street legal

captainimpossible1 were you talking about an order for the Areo? You may want to wait on that. SSC got a new transmission and are gearing up for an attempt for 275mph. Wind tunnel testing suggests the Aero can do 280.
