haha they're talking at a park then he randomly says "le conversattion a la parc" which mean the conversation at the park
this whole song is just random phrases and word in french but they make it sound realy good

It's loosely based on Bossa Nova which ironically is Brazilian not French music. Check out people like Joao Gilberto and Antonio Carlos Jobim..
