Its electrotech, which is electro made by 2nd generation technoheads. Trance has a chord progression, this track clearly doesn't. Its also VERY lofi sounding, like it was made with some Kraftwerk-style synths from the 70s, thats a characteristic of electro. But it has a 4-to-the-floor beat, most electro uses breakbeats. Plus, its using some harsher, more distorted sounds, thats another trait of 2nd gen techno (1st gen is Detroit Techno from the 80s).

I think this is Trance. Sven Väth was the first who did Techno or Trance. He is like a godfather. His music is so awesome
