I think 'snow' is referring to letting things go, or leave them to be covered by snow. "Running through the field where all my tracks will Be concealed and there's nowhere to go." I think the tracks are kind of like past experiences, and he's letting everything go. Now of course, the letting things go could be talking about getting high to forget about life; snow could mean cocaine.
