Well, at first I didn't understand why you would hope that. But the one in the flowerbud/pink sac thing and under the dress... I hope that aren't real babies either! But I'm pretty sure there not because at 2:13 you can see the flowerbud/pink sac thing with baby and all just hanging with no one around (on the left). I'm pretty sure they wouldn't do that :D LOL The rest are real babies though, I saw the making of this on an Oprah show and Celine couldn't stop talking about how sweet they were!
