it's not naive to suppose that he did have bipolar disorder because now that we have the symptoms and understand the ailment (more than we did during his time at least (like you said we didn't have a word for biporlar dissorder)) we can look back on abrham lincoln, his actions and lifestyle and suspect that he did have the ailment. Also we don't invent ailments, we notice them, and coin words for them.

i feel inspired, seriously, one of the biggest problem i am having after beying diagnosed bipolar almost 2 years ago. Untill this point the hardest part for me is where i have to give trust to myself i.e. for a job intervieuw to be 200% instead of100% - lithuim. I am scared of trusting myself because of the ilusions my manic episode created, and this video with all those big people shows that we too can do it. I am not there, but nice vid. tnx
