SHHHHHHH! Your NOT supposed to tell the British and American public they didn't win the land war in Europe in WW2. Most really do believe they did and they don't even acknowledge that the Russians had a part in the war! This is the history of WW2 that is taught in the west. The US won WW2 and the Russian are relegated to the back burner.

As the Superpower of the allies the Russians killed over 7.7 million axis (75% +).. agreed to american pleas at feb 1945 yalta conference to help defeat lesser axis Japan which they did after surrounding Hitler in Berlin... with victory over the Japs in Manchuria. The Russians also defeated the Japs in 1939 which prevented them from linking up geographically with the Germans Yes Sir Winston Churchill is the Icon of the war and his army won B.O.B single handedly.. but Russian's WWII top dogs
