I advise you to go through hypnotherapy rather than attempt to take ANYONE to court. Taking someone to court won't help. Furthermore, it's not really the movie's fault, nor is it "Richard Fucking Adam's" fault. I watched the movie when I was younger, and was not scarred- far from it. It made me think into things deeper. Regardless of this, though, hypnotherapy would allow you to get over your fears.

Care to explain what the plot and story line is? I've only seen youtube clips, but don't really want to watch the movie because I saw some fighting scenes and such that just don't seem right.
