the performance was ok the technique was weak, he was much stronger! in order for it to be spectacular we should have watched for 5 seconds and then completely forgotten that both performers were handicapped, its true that people are looking at is with pity, but in a small way it is inspiring that in spite of a disability the two dancers keep dancing. While it makes me sad to say...the fact that they are both handicapped seems a little gimickie!!!

I can admire them for continuing with their dance careers even though they both have a handicap. He more the she considering that dance is more leg than arms. Amazing altogether though. The only thing that made me emotional was the woman in the audience. Congrats to them both!

ok dude how do u kno i kno nothing about being handicapped. im a dancer 2 and i bet u u dont dance so u shouldnt say anything. i just cant c what so sad about it. is it becuz there handicapped? cuz thats no reason to cry 4 sumone. it was graceful and one heck of a performance but the dancing really wasnt hard. and oh ya if i cut off my arm, i promise you i will still b able to leap just as high and well....so i think she shoodve at least done that.

i cried my eyes out as well. watching a second and third time.. the choreography reveals layer after layer of meaning. the story being told of vulnerability, determination, and ultimately... trust... and this is where my words start to fail. |
