Nice to see you around, TLC. As usual, making good posts. Yes we should love these people for who they are. It seems like society is forcing this person to conform to their ideas and not really opening their hearts to her.

^^ lol being circumcised has little to do with it. ^^ If the best part of the penis is gone, what quality will anything re-built from it have? Yes the tyipcal foreskin is about 15 square inches of pleasure-receptive tissue that could be re-used, but it's not just about depth of the recepticle. The foreskin includes over half the specialized pleasure-receptive nerve endings, including the highest concentration of Meisner's corpuscles. But this Argentinian would be intact.

^ The satisfaction rate for m2f reassignment surgery is about 98-99%. ^ I'd love to look at the sources for those estimates. I just see over and over (as in 100%) people like Rene Richards and older years-ago surgeries saying it was the worst possible mistake. Sure more recent surgeries might have better outcomes, but surveying only such cases has the drawback of not assessing long-term satisfaction. Doctors can't make pleasure-receptive body parts. I want to love people as they are.

I see from your profile that you have strong views on circumcision. I am very much in agreement with those views. Certainly m2f reassignment surgery is easier for un-circumcised people (easier to get good depth for penetration). However there is no need to misrepresent the situation, that just makes you sound like a transphobe who'll spout any nonsense to back up his point, regardless of evidence to the contrary.

WTF. lol being circumcised has little to do with it. Plenty of circumsised m2fs are very satisfied with their surgery results. "I suppose someone could be non-suicidal afterwards." Stop projecting YOUR ideas of what you think other people SHOULD be happy with. The satisfaction rate for m2f reassignment surgery is about 98-99%. As I already said, a lot of m2fs would be happier with no usable genitalia at all than with a penis.

^^ in the case of male-to-females ... the outcome in terms of sexual function and sensation is often very good (at least with the best surgeons). ^^ I strongly disagree. However, if a male has all his pleasure-receptive parts (i.e. is not circumcised) and those are well-used in the reconstruction, AND nothing goes badly or gets infected and has to be thrown away, I suppose someone could be non-suicidal afterwards. A circumcised male has ZERO chance of a satisfactory M-to-F.

Um, except that they can, at least in the case of male-to-females where the outcome in terms of sexual function and sensation is often very good (at least with the best surgeons). Reassignment surgery isn't all about other people, many trans people feel a deep need to rid themselves of a part that feels wrong. Even ending up with no sexual function would be better for some trans women than having a penis.
