They can't do that. Not having a bass is their sound. There's only one other band that could pull it off (The Flat Duo Jets) and not suck. You just can't fuck with a good guitar sound.

they really need to hire a bass player for the live shows. maybe it will make them a bit tighter live. Plus a bass will really help help fill a lot gaps that are already apparent there.
