When you switch away and back, the character ends up in the middle of that room, no matter where they were initially. That "trick" (bug?) is used twice, for Melissa and Zak, to save some time. There's a similar idea to gain a little time at 29:00 (she keeps walking even after the switch). Nice idea with the flag pole, if it really works, it would have saved some time...

At 32:00 - 32:07 something strange happens. You have Leslie holding the sarcophagus feet keeping the stairway open but as soon as Melissa reaches the top you switch to Leslie and release the feet which should close the stairs so Zak and Melissa can get to the middle of the room - However in this vid they mysteriously teleport there! Also when stealing the flag pole you don't need to set fire to the hay as long as you quickly get to the yak with your cash card.
