i love how at the start it shows james and nicky playing guitar/ bass, sean on drums and richey just kind of standing there (: it pisses me off that i wasn't here when this kind of music was around, and that what seems like the rest of my generation are submitting themselves to utter crap. i was born the year richey disappeared, and so listening to Manics makes them feel a world away. sometimes i wish i'd been alive when their albums like GATS & The Holy Bible were released.

Yeah i agree most of the moder indie today is terrible mediocre rock songs, thank god for the few bands like British Sea Power giving an original and exciting edge to indie.
