You do realize that the purpose of the new policy is to stop the sellers from extorting potential new users right?? You also realize there is ways to block bidders right? Sellers drive bad buyer experience which in turn drives potential buyers away. This in turn kills you sellers and your buisness. You don't exist without buyers and ebay is doing there best to increase buyers.

they can lower the fees, but preventing 0 feedback buyer from being banned, it only drives up the total amoutn ebay recieves, so now we will see tons of out of america buyers doing this, hell ebay prolly ives them commision to do so. Everytime i go to sell a laptop, i have guys at last minute outbidding legitimate buyers and then not paying casueing me big time fess, and it takes forever to get it back. Ebay will does, trust me

This guy is right on the money. I have exactly the same problem selling on ebay. Pricks that don't pay at all, leave shit feedback. I had one bitch who didn't pay and left shit feedback. I think I should pay a visit to some of these cunts who don't pay me, fuckin smash em black and blue then make them pay my fees. Its a joke, an ebay auction is a binding agreement between buyer and seller. Sellers should fight back and send debt collectors to these cunts. Fuck ebay and their buyers.

I can't tell you the number of times I've had sellers waiting for me to leave them feedback before they leave my feedback. They do this to instill fear in the buyer so they will leave positive feedback for them There's NO other reason for sellers to wait to leave the buyer feedback. Many MANY times I buy something and it's COMPLETE garbage, yet I will have no choice but to leave them positive feedback. The next buyer sees my feedback and gets scammed as well...

This problem alone justifies the change that ebay made. You sellers are only upset because you have to step up your customer service to satisfy the buyer for once, and most aren't capable of doing this. You try use the excuse... "Now people with 0 feedback can bid and not pay...". This just makes me laugh at you. How often is this going to happen to you? Under the new rules, you would still be able to file a 'non paying bidder' report and be refunded and related fees. End of story.
