Moller International has developed the first and only feasible, personally affordable, personal vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) vehicle the world has ever seen. You've always known it was just a matter of time before the world demanded some kind of flying machine which would replace the automobile. Of course, this machine would have to be capable of VTOL, be easy to maintain, cost effective and reliable. Well, we at Moller International believe we have come up with the solution. That solution is the volantor named M400 Skycar.

Moller has been doing a prototype for the last 40 years. Do you still believe he is able to produce that crap in mass?

I am sure you one of the idiots ready to give Moller 1 million dollars for that crap.
Eikinkloster (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
It has NEVER been tested flying. It has only hovered, tethered by a crane. It has never moved faster than, say, 1 mph. So don't say "it does 300". It doesn't. It might do one day. But it doesn't.
pureinhart (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
nope it has been just tested last week and it is officially a flying car, and when in flying mode it does 300 and tops out at a not so fast 140 on car since it is not able to be slimline for both a plane and a car without loosing speed on land
Eikinkloster (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
"can u beleive that thing goes at 300 mph!" No, I can't. When has it done that? As far as I know, it has never left the crane, so I doubt it ever did it.

"r u still a kid.. they invest millions and billions in that car" yeah, they invested money so it has to work, right? duh dude. google "development hell". "moller scam" also should provide you with interesting information.

What kind of landing is that? Super rough. Not impressed.
therealflamelit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
it has to be supported by the crane because insurance co. wont cover w/o some limitations.chance of acc. cut down by crane ..
MarkySpark001 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Well it does hover, but by no means does it fly at 300mph. The crane was there and attached to the pilot. If you look closely at all the footage the rope attached is slack and not taught like it would be if it was being lifted. After 75 million I would have more faith in my project.
JUKIO01 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
this is sooo stupid
