when he cut his knee.. microscopic parasites entered his body and spread around inside him and maybe he didn't treat it correctly at the time like sterilise the cut and bandage it up to minimize infection.. it got infected and got worse, eventually the infection had been in his body so long it caused his dna structure to change and to form warts that slowly got rougher and turned into bark causing him to look like this? it is possible if you put 2 and 2 together.

It's real, there are many diseases out there that can cause horrible things. Maybe if you spent less time on your shitty game, you'd realize this is real, because there are health channels and show this and other stuff that's just as bad.
