Forthcoming. Rape is still a crime in Japan. It's only a matter of time before they're caught. From Wiki: Japan has been criticized for giving lenient punishments for some crimes, most notably rape (which until 2004 carried a typical sentence of 25 years in prison, and a theoretical maximum of fifteen). The penalties in the Criminal Law were revised and reinforced in 2004. Therefore, the lower limit of the penalty of rape is now three years in prison, with a theoretical maximum of twenty.

the lawyer says at 4:40 "the laws in Japan are more concerned with protection of personal property than the protection of womens right" (not to be raped). It looks to me like the rape club is a massive criminal enterprise with the sole purpose of supplying victims to the club members and also making money. Yet only one person gets jail time, 2 yrs? This is serious, hard core criminal activity going on here. And they were caught. Where is the punishment?
