well the term stealing means taking what is not yours usually without consent of the owner, but many hip hop producers honor what they sample and cleary give credit, it called samping NOT stealing, get your terms correct, im not saying you have to agree with me im just saying get your terms correct

the man who sampled this did not steal it, he sampled it and gave it this sort of "new life", the bit was only about 4 seconds long and no longer, that is not the whole song, plus that song was HIP HOP, not commercial garbage mainstream rap get it straight, peace
