Well by choosing to put organic food into your body you can make that a priority. I'm sure you spend money on "extras" like cable, movies, junk foods, fast foods/eating out, magazines, etc. I choose to spend an extra 50 cents each on my veggies to ensure i'm not ingesting extra poisons than what's inherent in the environment, but that's my choice, my priority. I'm a college student living on a max of $600 a month with rent to pay and I still make it work, so don't tell me you CAN'T afford it.

Rainbow live foods is great. someone told me the recipes are out of whack. this book really shouldn't be about recipes, but the rest of it is great. Cousens is an expert.

yes, i can't disagree but you have to admit that if you can feel 10 times better by eating a healthy diet then it's definetely worthy even if you still get intoxicated from other sources and even if you have to make some buget sacrifices on your entertainment with the quality of your mobile phone, laptop etc. or other possible fields
