bush is not the king of war and not the one who is in charge of this project or even most. he can't even declare war without senates approval. rather than blame bush, if you want things to change, vote everyone out of senate and replace them with people you trust. otherwise, there's no use in complaining, especially since there were really no better candidates than him running for office. sadly
