arnold was pretty much all natural. rohnnie was just a roid shooter and while rohnnie may be bigger arnold is better sculpted and maybe even stronger

Flexibility is a thing that you can train to do. Most of bodybuilders are very flexible because they use it in they're shows. Freestyle.

Actually most of these guys couldn't hold their own one on one with an average person solely because of the lack of flexibility. Do you know that the majority of modern bodybuilders cannot wipe their own asses. Literally.
