I just get another ball of the same type of yarn, tie it to the last strand I'm working on (tight knots, usually 3), trim the ends close to the knot and keep going.

hi thank you for the great vidoes! i have begun my first project (a scarf) but i am close to the end of my yarn and its only about half done.....how do i get the new ball of yarn going on it?
