Yet 2 weeks before the disaster both McSame and bush said the "economy was fine", then the bottom fell out. Does that sound like they knew what they were talking about?

You sound like McSame, "my friend". Go figure.

George Bush in 2003 (and John McCain in 2005) forewarned about this fiasco with Freddie/Fannie....YEARS before Obama could have said a word.
It, of course, wouldn't have mattered if Obama talked about it. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae gave Senator Obama $120,000 to his campaign, possibly to influence the Senator to keep 'silent' about the upcoming disaster that befell our country months ago...
Obama was part of the PROBLEM - not the SOLUTION.

My friend, simply calling people names doesn't help your case. It doesn't make you look better; it simply makes you a smaller person.
Good luck in life!

And if you don't remember, or just conveniently forgot, Obama spoke out about this economic disaster over a year ago. Now they are saying this economic disaster started about a year ago, so Obama was right, go figure.

When you don't understand a concept or an issue, you tend to speak in generalities or spout platitudes. This is a perfect case in point. She hasn't a clue as to what she's talking about.

And you continue to lie through your keyboard as usual. It was bush and McSame who put the bills out to deregulate, which was before the Dems took over so stop trying to blame anyone else but the Republicans and bush. Which is another thing you rightwing conservatives are used to eh johnnylieican, blaming others?

Thanks for continuing the fine tradition of those left-of-center by using vulgarity in your comment...
The 'economic disaster' began with Democrats pressuring banks (Fannie/Freddie) to loan millions of dollars to people who couldn't afford to pay it back. When Bush asked for oversight to stop this insane practice, he was denounced...so we have those wonderful D's to thank for the current mess.
As to Iraq, it's currently successful after a difficult start...we'll see what happens... |
