All of their units serve the exact same purpose but they all have different special abilities like the UEF land factory is based on raw power wilst the aeon's land factory has special units that can hover and stuff and have sheild's but they cost more power which is the downside.

i had it, its a good game really big tech-tree. only the three factions are essentially the same exept for experimental units

So anyways Supreme Commander looks really good and you have to have a good pc to play it. I got 4 gig ram and 8800 GT Nvidia. Thats good enough for the best graphics.

vertuan, its two COMPLETELY different RTS styles. Supcom is HUGE gameplay wise... 20kmx20km maps and whatnot... hundreds upon hundreds of units.

I've got this game and the expansion, it's a really good game. Very in depth, it's for serious gamers.
