Duralex Graphic Panels are designed especially
for Trade Show DisplaysOur highest quality
product, Duralex Trade Show Graphics are printed in vivid color directly onto flexible pvc material.
The front
surface has a glare-reduced texture. You can roll and unroll this
material repeatedly without fear of damage. Ideal for PopUp
displays. Caring For Popup Graphic Panels Many popup displays are purchased with a series of full
colour graphic panels printed on a lexan type of material. Keeping these panels in perfect condition takes some work. Here are some of the
most common problems...
The most serious problems with printed panels happen because of improper storage. Once they are up and being used on the display very
little can go wrong with them (in normal situations.)
But once it comes time to take the display down and store it until the next show, that's when the problems begin.
First, always roll the graphics with the graphics facing inwards. This will ensure that the magnetic strips adhered to the back of
the panels do not come loose. Rolling them with the magnetic strips inwards will sometimes "buckle" them and make them come away from the
panel itself.
Second, roll the panels individually (not altogether in one big mass) and place them one by one into the carrying case. After panel
1 is rolled and placed in the case, roll panel 2 and place it inside panel 1, etc. This reduces the stress placed on the panels due to
rolling and storing.
Third, do not keep your panels rolled up in the case for more than a couple of weeks at a time. If you are planning to store your
display for an extended period before your next show, you should take the panels out and lay them flat.
Fourth, do not store panels in a hot environment. Graphic panels usually consist of more than one layer laminated together, and
subjecting them to heat may adversely affect the bonding between layers.
Remember in order to get the maximum life out of your graphic panels they must be handled with care. They should not be left rolled for
too long, and must always be stored at something close to normal room temperature.
